NYFW day one was quite a treat. The afternoon started out at Lincoln Center with designer Tadashi Shoji who is one of the kindest designers I’ve yet to meet. His Spring collection was a sweet deliverance of candy colored delicate dresses and separates composed mostly of lace and printed organza. My personal favorites were the drop waist gowns that had sheer skirts and full embellished hems. The movement of these coming down the runway was hypnotizing.
